VINIFICATION AND REFINING Hand-picked harvest. Cold maceration in the press. Must clarification through cold settling. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then placed in an autoclave for a slow sparkling process lasting at least 10 months.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS Brilliant straw yellow in color, it has a fresh and floral aroma. Notes of bread crust, yellow-fleshed fruit, and acacia flowers. On the palate, it is fresh and enveloping, with a fine and persistent perlage.

DRINK WITH A classic sparkling wine for any course. Ideal for seafood-based aperitifs.

SERVE AT  6-8 °C.
