Villa Chiopris
Villa Chiopris: a mingling of territories, flavors, but mostly of people. Nine splendid rooms and three small apartments, all fitted with minibar, air conditioning, safe LCD TV, telephone and Wi-Fi.
Every detail of the interiors has been designed to have you enjoy the warm atmosphere of the old countryside mansion, and in morning you can choose to have breakfast either in the gardens or in the cozy dining room, which features original wooden beams and a large fireplace.

The farmhouse offers to the guests a beautiful structure with 6 elegant rooms, overlooking the enchanted landscape of Spello and Assisi: here we can arrange wine tasting with pairing of local food products. In 2017 Fattoria Colsanto had been completed with the renovation of the old farmhouse of the XIX century. We built a new tasting room, a wine shop and a room for relaxation and hospitality.

The guided tours in our estates are available by reservation only.
The guided tour offers the opportunity to discover the long winemaking history of the Livon family, our vineyards and vinification processes. It includes a tour of the cellar and the vineyards, followed by a tasting of 4 selected wines, paired with typical products like cheese and cold cuts.
The tour will take approximately 120 minutes.
