VINIFICATION AND REFINING — Hand-picked harvest. Cold maceration in the press for 18 hours. Must clarification through cold settling. Fermentation takes place 30% in French oak barriques and 70% in stainless steel tanks. After an aging period of 6-8 months, the wine is blended and bottled.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS — Delicate amber color with rosé hues, this wine offers fruity and spicy aromas on the nose. On the palate, it is silky and enveloping, with notes of exotic fruit and vanilla. Persistent finish.
DRINK WITH — Excellent as an aperitif, pairs beautifully with appetizers and light first courses: bruschetta with tomato, crostini with bresaola, or spaghetti with cherry tomatoes, burrata, and anchovies.
LONGEVITY — 6 – 8 years.
SERVE AT — 10-12°C.
