VINIFICATION AND REFINING — Hand-picked harvest. Gentle destemming. Fermentation at a controlled temperature on the skins. 50% aged in French oak barriques and the remaining 50% matured in stainless steel tanks. After the appropriate aging period, it is blended and bottled.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS — Ruby red with violet highlights, it offers characteristic herbaceous and spicy aromas. Notes of red berries, licorice, and vanilla. Full-bodied, intense, and persistent.
DRINK WITH — ausage risotto, grilled meats, game, and aged cheeses.
LONGEVITY — 5-6 anni.
SERVE AT —16–18°C.
