VINIFICATION AND REFINING Hand-picked harvest. Gentle destemming. Fermentation at a controlled temperature on the skins. 50% aged in French oak barriques and the remaining 50% matured in stainless steel tanks. After the appropriate aging period, it is blended and bottled.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS Ruby red with violet highlights, it offers characteristic herbaceous and spicy aromas. Notes of red berries, licorice, and vanilla. Full-bodied, intense, and persistent.

DRINK WITH ausage risotto, grilled meats, game, and aged cheeses.

LONGEVITY 5-6 anni.

SERVE AT 16–18°C.
