VINIFICATION AND REFINING Hand-picked harvest. Gentle destemming. Fermentation at a controlled temperature on the skins. 50% aged in French oak barriques and the remaining 50% matured in stainless steel tanks. After the appropriate aging period, it is blended and bottled.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS Ruby red in color, the nose is complex and elegant. Notes of forest aromas, blueberry, currant, and blackberry intertwine with tobacco and cherry. On the palate, it is full, harmonious, refined, balsamic, and with soft tannins.

DRINK WITH Game, stewed meats, and grilled meats.

LONGEVITY  6 – 8 years.

SERVE AT 16–18°C.
