VINIFICATION AND REFINING — Hand-picked harvest. Cold maceration in the press. Must clarification through cold settling. Fermentation at a controlled temperature. Aging in stainless steel tanks until bottling.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS — Intense straw yellow in color, with elegant nuances of spices and ripe fruit on the nose: vanilla, golden apple, bread crust, peach, and hazelnut. On the palate, it is velvety, refined, and persistent.
DRINK WITH — Fantastic with raw fish, shellfish, and grilled fish. Excellent with goose prosciutto, white prosciutto (lard), and aged cheeses as a post-meal delight.
LONGEVITY — 5-6 anni.
SERVE AT — 10-12°C.
