VINIFICATION AND REFINING Hand-picked harvest. Cold maceration in the press. Must clarification through cold settling. Fermentation at a controlled temperature. Aging in stainless steel tanks until bottling.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS Intense straw yellow in color, with elegant nuances of spices and ripe fruit on the nose: vanilla, golden apple, bread crust, peach, and hazelnut. On the palate, it is velvety, refined, and persistent.

DRINK WITH Fantastic with raw fish, shellfish, and grilled fish. Excellent with goose prosciutto, white prosciutto (lard), and aged cheeses as a post-meal delight.

LONGEVITY  5-6 anni.

SERVE AT  10-12°C.
