VINIFICATION AND REFINING Hand-picked harvest. Cold maceration in the press. Must clarification through cold settling. Fermentation at a controlled temperature. Aging in stainless steel tanks until bottling.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS Pale straw yellow in color with characteristic green highlights. Delicate on the nose, with fresh flowers and notes of ripe fruit. On the palate, it is dry and decisive, with aromas of yellow peach and toasted almond. Good persistence.

DRINK WITH Traditionally, an ideal aperitif wine. Perfect with prosciutto, cured meats, and fresh cheeses. Pairs well with porcini mushroom risotto, seafood pasta, or stewed rabbit with polenta.

LONGEVITY — 4–5 years.

SERVE AT  10-12°C.
