VINIFICATION AND REFINING Hand-picked harvest. Gentle destemming. Fermentation at a controlled temperature on the skins. 50% aged in French oak barriques and the remaining 50% matured in stainless steel tanks. After the appropriate aging period, it is blended and bottled.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS Dark ruby red in color, it offers aromas of cherries, currants, blackberries, and plums. On the palate, it is broad and deep, juicy and enticing. Full-bodied yet velvety tannins. Pleasant persistence.

DRINK WITH Ideal with grilled red meats, stewed wild boar, goulash, and blue cheeses.

LONGEVITY  6 – 8 years.

SERVE AT 16–18°C.
