VINIFICATION AND REFINING — Hand-picked harvest. Gentle destemming. Fermentation at a controlled temperature on the skins. 50% aged in French oak barriques and the remaining 50% matured in stainless steel tanks. After the appropriate aging period, it is blended and bottled.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS — Dark ruby red in color, it offers aromas of cherries, currants, blackberries, and plums. On the palate, it is broad and deep, juicy and enticing. Full-bodied yet velvety tannins. Pleasant persistence.
DRINK WITH — Ideal with grilled red meats, stewed wild boar, goulash, and blue cheeses.
LONGEVITY — 6 – 8 years.
SERVE AT —16–18°C.
