VINIFICATION AND REFINING — Hand-picked harvest. Cold maceration in the press. Must clarification through cold settling. Fermentation at a controlled temperature. Aging in stainless steel tanks until bottling.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS — Light golden yellow in color. Its unmistakable aroma is marked by citrus and floral notes: wisteria, yellow roses, pineapple, and aromatic herbs. On the palate, it is elegant, intense, and dry, with a mineral and persistent finish.
DRINK WITH — Grilled fish dishes, shellfish, and seafood. Also pairs beautifully with foie gras and aged cheeses.
LONGEVITY — 4–5 years.
SERVE AT — 10-12°C.
