VINIFICATION AND REFINING — Hand-picked harvest. Cold maceration in the press. Must clarification through cold settling. Fermentation takes place 20% in French oak barriques and 80% in stainless steel tanks. After an aging period of 6-8 months, the wine is blended and bottled.
CARATTERISTICHE ORGANOLETTICHE — Straw yellow in color, with characteristic floral and fruity aromas. Dry and fresh, it reveals notes of dried fruit and citrus. Mineral and persistent.
DRINK WITH — Excellent as an aperitif, pairs beautifully with appetizers and light first courses. Bruschetta with tomato, crostini with bresaola, or spaghetti with cherry tomatoes, burrata, and anchovies.
LONGEVITY — 4 – 6 years.
SERVE AT — 10-12 °C.
