VINIFICAZIONE E AFFINAMENTO — The harvest is carried out in the vineyards of Villa Chiòpris Agricultural Company, selecting the best grapes. The must is clarified by cold decantation for the sparkling wine base. Fermentation is conducted at a low temperature. Once fermentation is complete, the product is filtered and placed in a pressure tank for sparkling at a controlled temperature from 14°C to 3°C. After this period, bottling is performed followed by an additional aging period in the bottle before the wine begins to be distributed.
CARATTERISTICHE ORGANOLETTICHE — Light straw yellow in color, with fine and perlage. Typical, harmonious, and fruity aroma. Fruity taste, vaguely aromatic and lively.
DRINK WITH — Particularly suitable for outside meals and as an aperitif, excellent with light appetizers, fish-based first courses or main courses.
