VINIFICATION AND REFINING — Hand-picked harvest. Cold maceration in the press. Must clarification through cold settling. Fermentation takes place 30% in French oak barriques and 70% in stainless steel tanks. After an aging period of 6-8 months, the wine is blended and bottled.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS — Intense straw yellow in color, it has an aroma reminiscent of spices and flowers. Dry, full-bodied, and fragrant, with a nutmeg aftertaste.
DRINK WITH — Antipasti a base di pesce, caldo e freddo. Pasta ai frutti di mare, crostacei in genere. Pollo allo spiedo.
LONGEVITY — 6 – 8 years.
SERVE AT — 10-12°C.
